I have been helping people to define and build their roadmap to whatever their definition of a good life may be.
My clients include children, teenagers, younger and older adults, and families
from different walks of life, orientations and facing a variety of challenges.

modalities such as ACT, attachment theory, relational work, as well as neuroscience
and mindfulness, body-oriented (somatic) ways of healing.
